📦 How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery time is 7–10 business days after your order has been processed. Processing typically takes up to 3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
🔁 Do you offer returns or refunds?
All sales are final — we do not offer refunds.
However, we understand that things happen. In rare cases (such as receiving the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged), we may offer a return or exchange depending on the situation. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review it.
🧾 How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it after 3 business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you out.
